There's Nothing Like Homemade Pasta. 

Do you have a pasta roller that's been sitting in your closet collecting dust? Maybe you've used it a time or two but the results were...less than impressive.

Or perhaps you've always wanted to make homemade pasta but don't want to invest in the tools until you know you can be successful?

Making pasta from scratch is one of the most rewarding kitchen skills. Versatile, easy, and meditative- this Saturday afternoon course is designed to take you from start to finish. 

In this class, you will

*Create the perfect pasta dough using cage-free eggs and Tipo 00 flour imported from Italy

*Discover how to accent your pasta with the addition of herbs or black cuttlefish ink

*How to shape and cut linguine, pappardelle, cavatelli, and other easy shapes

*Learn to make and fill homemade agnolotti- as well how to indvidually freeze and store them for a quick meal later in the week

*Enjoy some quick sauces and sautees as we learn how homemade pasta cooks differently than store-bought

All of the materials are included in the cost of this course...as well as a glass or two of select wine and some snacks for pairing. Registration cost is $65
