“WHAT’S FOR DINNER?”
Picture this: You’ve made it three weeks into your New Year’s Resolution to eat out less, eat healthier, and to learn how to cook.
You’re running out of steam. “What’s for dinner?” is about the LAST question you want to think about.
You’ve got a couple of options:
1) Make the same thing you made last night…and three other nights this week
2) Cave in.
3) Come to this class on Saturday afternoon, spend 90 minutes with us drinking wine, leave with AMAZING recipes and have enough food to take home
Still deciding between ordering pizza and taking this cooking class?
I get it. I spend 10-15 hours a week in Maeva’s kitchen making delicious food for the shop. The LAST thing I want to do after getting off work is MORE COOKING. This is why we consider this a Rotisserie Chicken Cheat Class.
Yeah, I can brine and roast a chicken with the best of them. But seriously who has time for that?
Come spend 90 minutes in this class and I’ll teach you how to turn that rotisserie chicken you pick up at the grocery into dinner. We’ll be making:
Homemade Chicken Stock (you’ll be so spoiled after…)
Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Noodle Soup (the SAME recipe we use in Maeva’s)
This is a QUICK & EASY cooking class. All that’s required is that you know how to use a knife without being a threat to yourself.
All of the materials are included in the cost of this course- you get your OWN chicken and go home with dinner!...as well as a glass or two of wine. Registration cost is $25/per person.
Class size is limited to 6 participants.
Recommended Tools (Not Required To Participate)
Sharp 4" or 6" Chef's Knife
Plastic Ware (to take home the food you make)
