This is a joint event facilitated by: Jodi Rae of Sundog Alchemy Nichole Coad of Sam and Delilah Stella Webb of Soul Sanctuary Imagine a community where our connections with each other are so deeply honored that it creates the necessary safe space to heal from past unhealthy relationships, allowing us to be open and vulnerable enough to begin to trust others and build deeper and more meaningful connections. Now, let's build that community! Most of us are not taught how to have healthy relationships. Growing up, so many of us learned unhealthy patterns that have hurt us, and then, because it is all we know, we act out those same toxic traits in our own relationships causing even more pain in those we love. It's such an ugly and vicious cycle. However, if we want a better world, it is upon us to create the change we want to see. We cannot change others, but we are the only ones who can change ourselves. Let's hold space for each other as we learn together about what we can each do on a personal level to heal our own hearts and better connect with those we love. Event fee: $25/person.
